Parc Central Residences is a white site along Tampines Ave 10, and it was awarded to Hoi Hup and Sunway by HDB.
Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Group successfully secured the executive condominium (EC) site along Tampines Ave 10. The new EC Parc Central Residences sits an area of 268,384 square foot (24,933.7 square meter) land parcel and has a plot ratio of 2.8. With the top bid of S$434.45 million, it works out to S$578 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). According to the Housing and Development Board (HDB), it can yield a maximum of 695 units
Tampines is one of the largest population town in Singapore. And, with the last EC launched in the east region being in 2012, there is a pent-up demand for this project, which is in limited supply in the east.
