If companies start to offer more flexible working hours, like 8am-5pm instead of 9am-6pm, then I think the take-up rate will be higher.

Putting too many trains reduce separation distance and speed of travel for the trains. With the above point in mind, I do not think increasing trains and frequencies would solve the problem. Commuters instead of waiting on the platform, would be stuck in the train for longer duration. IMO, shifting demand either earlier or later would be a better solution. Just got to provide sufficient incentives for the commuters to do so.

They got to talk to companies in cbd adopt flexi hours wholeheartedly. Plus decentralise. Dun put everything in the city just because many elites stay nearby.
