Juniper Hill has not really been doing very well since its launch.  Part of the reason could be that it is quite a distance to walk to the nearest MRT station.  Apart from that, its freehold tenure in the Bukit Timah area near Newton ought to make it quite attractive to investors and home owners.  Otherwise, for buyers who are targeting something in the same location, but within a short walk of an MRT station, another project to consider is Pullman Residences.  This one is also freehold, at the Newton end of Bukit Timah Road.  Pullman Residences is located on the site of the former Dunearn Gardens, that is just directly opposite Newton MRT station.  The developer for that is EL Development.

But for those who would prefer an Allgreen project, the other one worth looking at is the upcoming Royalgreen project, on the site of the former Royalville, hence the new name, that appears to combine the Royal from Royalville with the Green from Allgreen.  No news yet on when it will be launching, or what the pricing will be like.  But will likely be priced higher than for Juniper Hill, due to its proximity to an MRT station.  Possibly around the same as for the Pullman Residence pricing.  As it is also freehold, very close to Sixth Avenue MRT station, on the Downtown line.  (The same line as for Juniper Hill and Pullman Residences.)
