ISR Capital, which in in the business of investment and fund management with a focus on natural resources, was one of several listed companies asked by the Commercial Affairs Department to assist in investigations related to the penny stock crash of October 2013 involving Asiasons Capital, LionGold Corp and Blumonth Group.

The price has gone up by 320%+ since morning!!!
The only news I could find is that Mr. David Rigoll picked up a 28.5% stake yesterday at a price of $0.005. You cannot make a better investment...more than 7 times overnight!!!

Yes it looks very impressive, but this company is in the category of the infamous Asiasons, LionGold, Blumont.
I believe their rise is even more impressive... until the investigations begun.
Sure, you could be one of those with bragging rights after investing in this, but you can also be one of those that gets wiped out.
Highly speculative at best.
It always look great... until it isn't.
Of course, with such big dislocations in the market, there can be situations where the company is unfairly beaten down and there could be true value.
I wouldn't know enough about this penny stock company to comment, but I'd be very cautious about these penny stocks.

It will be interesting to see the price movement of this stock a few days later. Lets hope it is able to repeat a blumont feat of rising 150 times its value in 1H 2012, before falling to now only 20% of what it was worth then in 1H 2012.
I have seen the fundamentals of ISR capital and I have no idea how it is even worth 3.2 cents when its cash flow generation ability is weak. Of course, its balance sheet may be holding some gem which it is valuing at cost

Well it seems to be some real big gem...the price closed at 8.2 cents today. A rise from 0.6 cents on the 10th May to 8.2 cents on the 13th May. Just goes to show that nothing is impossible in the stock markets!

Pursuant to SGX-ST Rule 8.10, Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited suspended trading in the shares of ISR Capital Limited with immediate effect from 27-Nov-2016 22:04:48.
The Suspension will be lifted only when SGX-ST is satisfied that the Company's shares can be traded on a fair, orderly and transparent basis.

Blumont episode 2.....either never resume trading or 0.001 when trading resume......
