I cant seem to find the prosepectus of NauticAWT, can anyone point to me the prospectus? Thank you very much.

The PE of below 6 sounds exciting, need to study the prospectus.

NauticAWT Limited (“NauticAWT” or “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), a Singapore-headquartered firm offering subsurface, subsea and surface facilities engineering services and contracting solutions for field exploration, field development and field refurbishments for the oil and gas industry, announced that its initial public offering (“IPO”) of 28,000,000 Invitation Shares at S$0.20 each on the Catalist board (“Catalist”) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) was approximately 6.1 times subscribed. The Invitation is in respect of 28,000,000 Invitation Shares at S$0.20 each, comprising 1,000,000 Offer Shares by way of public offer, and 27,000,000 Placement Shares by way of placement.

SINGAPORE (July 23): NauticAWT got off to a strong start at its Catalist debut on Thursday, opening at 35 cents, 75% higher than its initial public offering (IPO) price of 20 cents.

The Singapore-headquartered firm offers subsurface, subsea and surface facilities engineering services and contracting solutions for field exploration, field development and field refurbishments for the oil and gas industry. It has 11 offices across Southeast Asia, Australasia, Middle East, Latin America and India.

Sad and depressing. I feel like I've seen a couple of companies who've IPOed recently who immediately announce significantly lower profits.
