'When 2 of our favourite financial bloggers had sold out 100% of their MM holdings.
Scary, isn't it?
They seems to know something that we don't know'.

Why is it scary ? Everyday, for every stock, there are countless sellers and buyers.
They are just 2 financial bloggers. They may not be other people's favourite.
Financial bloggers whether they are favourites or otherwise certainly cannot be used
as another criteria to decide if a business should be sold or bought.

I guess most retail investors base their research and investing decisions on other people's analysis, whether be it broker's or financial bloggers? So it might seem scary to them if whomever they follow "issue" a sell call?

By now, you could see that I'm just dropping down my notes as I learn about an excellent opportunity.

I am very focus as I preferred to spend my time doing more meaningful stuffs.

I am contemplating deleting all my posts in MM thread as my post do not looks like value investment like PE, FCF, PB etc.

Upon reflection.

I can't risk destroying valuebuddies by my posts.

I decided to leave my posts in MM thread as it is but had removed my posts in Straco.

Moving forward, I will need to be more careful to make sure my posts are meaningful and valuable.

Thank you all valuebuddies for your excellent sharing and please keep it coming.
Lastly, wish all valuebuddies a healthy and hearty investment journey ahead.

Well some on this forum would try to call it "value growth" investing. But IMO both are separate. 

Not sure if you can delete all your posts as some would have been included in some reply posts. 

But so long as you realise the difference between value and growth styles of investment and learn something in the process here I guess no harm done.

Let me try to clarify before the exaggerated responses go to the other extreme.

It is never my intention nor my preference (or my power) to restrict people from posting whatever in the forum.

The intention of my post is to bring attention of the (potential damaging) silent marketing in promoting certain companies.
By silent marketing i refer to posting a lot of stuffs which are mostly stating nothing or not-much or the obvious (empty) and without performing much (if any) quantitative or qualitative analysis.

The sender may not even intend to promote but obviously if he keep posting such positive empty stuffs about a company, the consequence is that subconsciously the positive seeds about the company are sowed to the mind of other readers (esp the newbies).

But, my reminder is akind of telling someone who keep posting empty stuffs frequenty in our niche value community by saying
“Hey, you may have posted too much (repetitive) stuffs with not much analysis or thoughts”.

The response to my reminder could be:
1. “I don’t give it a damn” and continue posting those stuffs
2. “Sorry, I will delete all stuffs and from now on will NOT post”
(This is another end of the extreme that i do not wish for).
3. “Ok noted, i will try to improve my analysis and post more value add and not repeating all empty positive stuffs (silent marketing).

Which response do you think is better??

after reading your suggestion, I'm decided to combine 1 & 2 as another option:
4. "I will delete all my posts in MM and continue to post in Travel sub-forum."

I am still learning and not able to perform #3 as good as you and many other valuebuddies
aka, please continue to provide more analysis and add value to MM thread.
