Go to court and let everyone knows you are a cuckold is indeed very pro-family.
After going to court is confirmed the end of the family.

It is already hard enough to pass judgement to family inheritance. Trying to make sense of the family problems probably will need millions of pages of legal paperwork.

Eg..
Man said she got lover, woman said men got mistress first, then man said not mistress but very good friend and accuse woman always never come home, then woman flashed out the man's intimate photos with his mistress, and then man said she was drunk and he was helping her and then the man flashed out SMSes of the woman with her lover, woman said the SMSes will just jokes and the flash out the man's bank transfer to the mistress...........

By the time the judgement is passed, the family is already bankrupt.

Since ordinary people cannot afford the legal cost, hey, let's make extra marital affairs(EMA) into crimes against the state and let the state prosecutors charge them. Wow, i think we need double the police force and triple the subordinate courts.

And, then, some people will come out and complain that the gov is so silly to make EMA a crime since it wastes taxpayers money...

Not to mention that we will reach the level of some countries(or most) in the middle east.....

Ha! Ha!
If you watch on going SAT & SUN Taiwan's soap opera, the police seems to be present as witnesses to serve summon to the pair of adulterers on the spot in bed - caught with their pants down so to speak.
Since it is shown on Taiwan TV program, i think it is normal Taiwan police practice.
NB:-
We (wife and me) after 38 years, we visited Taiwan again. It's a leisuerly pace organised tour. We moved out from hotels at 9.00 A. M. daily. All the time you can take for your breakfast and ablution.

And we find Taiwanese are very friendly and "not greedy".
i suppose they are influneced by Japanese culture as Taiwan is Under Japanese Colonial Rule, 1895-1945:.

i personally believe and agree no man should involved in "Husband & Wife Quarrel". Unless as a peace maker.
As the Chinese saying, "Qing Guan None Shen Chia Ting Shi" is very true to me.

Quah Tee Keon, 46, is alleged to have murdered Ruan Chao Qiang at a house in Taman Mawar Indah in Triang, Bera at around 3.30am on Oct 13.

The offence carries the death penalty.

The charge was read out in English as Quah could not understand Bahasa Malaysia.

Quah's lawyer Lim Lip Eng asked for bail due to his client's diabetic and asthmatic condition.

However, DPP Ellyna Othman asked magistrate Najwa Hashim to deny the request.

The magistrate denied Quah bail and set Dec 17 for mention.

At the Sessions Court, Quah claimed trial to the charge of injuring his wife Loong Mei Ling, 33, by stabbing her with the knowledge that it would cause death.

He had allegedly committed the offence at the same place and time where the murder of Ruan took place.

He faces a 20-year jail term if found guilty.

Judge Habibah Mohamed Yusof set Dec 17 for mention as well.

Lawyer Lim said Quah had been complaining of not being given his medicine for diabetes and asthma.

DPP Ellyna said that the authorities would ensure that Quah was given medical attention.

It was reported that the accused had slashed the Chinese national to death for allegedly spending the night with his wife at his house.

After killing the foreigner, the husband then turned on his wife and attacked her before fleeing.

The woman suffered multiple injuries on her neck, hands and back in the incident.

The accused later surrendered in Kuala Lumpur on Oct 28.

Less colorful if somebody just come in and helped himself and took what he pleased wouldn't you stop him? If some neighbor drove their army in and started taking whatever they fancied wouldn't we have the natural instinct to stop them, fight back and even kill them too?

Murder is wrong but adultery is also morally wrong in all religions.
