Zhongshan park Valuation $702 million. 50% stake = S$351 million
Beverly + Balmoral $223 million. 40% stake = $89.2 million
rest of the properties = $79.7 million
Debt = 24.5 million
NTA is around $1.50 per share.

just to clarify, after reading their offer letter, their only pre condition is that they must receive at least 90% of the shares before they agree to acquire the shares?
is there any other pre condition that i missed out? thanks

well, 75cents will be the base for the share price for superbowl for now onwards
Don't think the minority shareholders will sell.
Any white knight/big time speculators to pump up the price tomorrow?
And should the offer fails, what will the company do next?
1)nothing
2) increase the offer price
3) mop up the remaining shares either by share buyback or/and own purchases

White knights won't come coz no chance of taking control. HH pte ltd owns 71% already.
If minority shareholders do nothing and/or expects others to do something, chances that SB will be privatized.
