Haha even UOBKayhian wanna push this counter Big Grin Looks like 60cent++ wont be a problem.

However this counter at 50 cents would be in the fairly valued territory with div yield at 4% so unless lantrovision increases its dividend payout, which is unlikely given EPS ~4cents plus or becomes a high growth with aggressive expansion overseas, it is unlikely there would be any further big catalyst short of a takeover or GO situation.

Hope some valuebuddies made some kopi money with me Big Grin

==going to be divested soon==

Could it be linked to this?

I really think UOB Kay Hian's - probably the best local house! - TP of $0.645 for Lantrovision is undemanding, and may well be achievable given enough time, perhaps within the next 2 years. With so many data centres being added everywhere, and financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, brokers, etc.) and others (on-line retailers and game platforms, and providers of other and new services, etc.) growing their web-based services, Lantrovision's well-established business is in a sweet spot which should get even sweeter over time.

With so much accumulated profits and cash in the B/S, it is entirely possible that Lantrovision would pay out a 'jumbo' dividend (last FY13: a $0.02/share Final dividend was paid), and conceivably this may just happen in conjunction with the company releasing is Q4 and full-year FY14 (ending 30Jun14) expected by end-Aug.

For such a well-established and attractive business - low capex, long-standing prime-name customer base, scale, growing regional footprint, and with a proven track record in growing revenue and profits - there should be suitors lurking around and given the right opportunities, one or more may just be prepared to make an offer to buy it up fully for their own benefits.

On 18Jun14, long-standing non-Executive Director Yeo Jiew Yew added another 1,000,000 shares at an average price of $0.56497/share, and raised his direct stake in lantrovision to now 7.48%, from 7.11% previously…..

This additional investment of some $565k and at the current high share price can be interpreted as a big vote of confidence in the future business prospects of Lantrovision by Mr Yeo and by an insider.

For those who still do not understand Lantrovision's well-established unique business of providing cabling infrastructure services, this 2011 corporate video should help…..

I also chanced upon this video on Youtube…..

Apparently, Lantrovision recently sent its mostly male middle-management team to Krabi, Thailand, for a bootcamp and they had quite a lot of fun playing bonding activities..

I am late into the game on this one but nevertheless have taken position. Positive factors in favor - recent insider buying (Yeo), strong balance sheet, strong operational cash flow, tenable business model, low PE (after adjusting for cash holdings), no outstanding share options. Lantrovision is in my small cap portfolio.
