Based on NAV looks fair. Lantro has potential for 40c EPS / year so based on that then not so fair, but in this depressed stock market environment, that's probably as good an offer as we gonna get.

maintenance of LAN cabling mainly in Singapore, have agreed to commence procedures to make Lantrovision
a wholly -owned subsidiary through the acquisition of 100% of Lantrovision's shares (“the Acquisition
”) and entered into the Scheme Implementation Agreement (“the Agreement”)
concerning the execution of the acquisition of the shares.

This case again shows the attractiveness of investing in proven high-quality, well-managed mid-size businesses for the longer term. The total return over the last 3+ years (since this thread was started) for those who have simply held on to their Lantrovision shares would now amount to approx. 40% p.a. compounded - not bad at all, and certainly far better than most SGX blue-chips!

Time to pop a bottle of champaign!

Mine was $0.38 before 5 to 1 consolidation

So pre consolidation go is .65....suddenly realise I netting quite nice returns. Huat ah!!!!
