Could be the investor no longer wish to buy anymore of the shares and hoping price can go up and then dump it off after fair value is reached.

1) Try NOT to LOSE money!
2) Do NOT SELL in BEAR, BUY-BUY-BUY! invest in managements/companies that does the same!
3) CASH in hand is KING in BEAR!

there's top 20 shareholders listing, so if one or more of the single minority shareholders want to gather everyone together, it's workable!
