I don't think they will up the offer since they already have close to 90%. They will let the offer lapse with no more extension.

Without supports the share price likely to drop after offer lapsed. They then buy from market at lower prices till they get >90%. They will then do a compulsory acquisition the remaining shares at a lower price. Correct??? Possible??? WHAT SAY YOU........

After this offer close without a CA , their threshold for next CA will be 99%. Unless they use another takeover vehicle.

privatize the mothership then spinoff parts into REITs. And take the difference for themselves. When they could have done it for all shareholders.

I think in more likelihood they will list their mall mgt arm to compete with ARA. Look at the valuation of ARA. I don't think it will be a REIT as they don't have enough of their fully own property to do so. In short minorities are scxxwed. Big fish eat small fish.
