I doubt it will be a reit listing as well.. I was very tempted to ask if they will spin-off to a reit during the last AGM but didnt.

If the owners really plan to take it private, what will happen to retail investors like us?

What is the point of halting if they are announcing after trading hours?

They are obviously doing this to dampen the "Bernanke Effect"!
