There is transition from export-driven to consumption-driven economy. At the mean time, infra investment will fill-in the gap. Social-housing construction and railway sector seems the immediate focus. Social-housing construction is the focus for YZJ's property development. It seems Mr. Ren might be right again this round...Big Grin

Redefining infrastructure to boost growth

After several months of disappointing economic indicators, China’s State Council has unveiled a mini stimulus package, focused on social-housing construction and railway expansion.

The decision came a month after Premier Li Keqiang’s declaration that China had set its annual growth target at around 7.5 per cent — the same as last year’s goal.

The implication is clear: While consumption-driven growth remains a long-term goal for China, infrastructure will continue — at least in the short term — to serve as a key driver of China’s economy.

hmm... sorry CityFarmer, I always thought YZJ's property development is on the land that its old yard has vacant, and its near the sea and will be developed as an luxury residential project. I remembered reading it somewhere in some research report.

Where did you get info that YZJ is into social housing? can you point me to the info source?
