Ya, it is the reason I think the report is mis-leading. Both Landon and Leeds are being included for the affordability of UK, which will surely bring down the number.

After reading again, I am not sure the report use relative comparison between cities to consider affordability.
If i read correctly Affordability = Housing Price/Median Income. I assume is the average housing price.

They did say Singapore can rectify the situation much easier than other which means they are not out to get specific country.
So let's not be defensive. Another consideration to note is that, further out land, salary will be lower too with housing.

Is nice to able to get something of international level. At least we have something to base that is more neutral with, unless we feel is massively inaccurate.
