With another 55% of the revenue and profits from the nearly fully-sold The Laurels project to be progressively recognised from 3Q2012 to 3Q2013 - this information has been provided in the latest 2Q result announcement.....

- Sing Holdings has a more-or-less 'guaranteed' stream of profit and cash-flow coming in, which should raise NAV/share to close to $0.60 and bring the group to a substantial nett-cash position. This is before counting the future profits and cash-flow from the Robin Drive/Robin Road project, which are also likely to be substantial.

people loaded with hundreds of lots do need time to unload gradually.

i only have 1 lot, so no need to worry too much about the timing.
