By the way the source I posted seems to be CMPacific's website for operations...

It contains Traffic information and toll charges, although it would be nice that they published traffic count statistics.

I maybe wrong as my Chinese is only O Level standard...

Also with regards to the Signing Ceremony, why is it that there is no announcement made through SGX? And so fast sign, no need to do diligence? Engineering Check?
