CEI reported a good set of half year results and declared a total of $0.048 interim dividend. Based on last done price of $0.46, dividend yield for half year is a good 10.4%. Assuming a conservative $0.04 final dividend for this FY, total potential dividend for this year could be $0.088 and potential dividend yield of 19.1%.

I think you might have mistaken. CEI share price moving above the offer price might be due to the fact that shareholders could choose part cash, part AEM shares option instead of all cash offer at $1.15. Which means, without AEM having to revise the current offer price, CEI shares is already worth more than $1.15 if AEM share price continues to move up.

Yup, you got a point there.  I did the math earlier this afternoon and noted the gain due if the cash+AEM share option is taken.

Wonder when is the results for FY 2020 will be announced?  Will the management announce any dividend payment?

Did a quick read of AEM offer, it says nothing about dividend payment and if dividends are declared, the offer prices will be reduced..
