Hi pianist,

If you do nothing and if they reach valid offer acceptance level of 90% or more, they will just exercise their option and compulsory acquire all your shares and pay you 28.5cts per share in cash.

However, if they could not get 90% acceptance level, then shares will continue to be listed on SGX. You will not be allocated any new shares, just holding onto your existing Cheung Woh Technologies shares.
