Lentor Modern condominium by Guocoland

Lentor Modern is an integrated project development with the new Lentor MRT station. It will be developed by Guocoland, a premier regional developer with 50 years of proven records. Lentor Modern condominium will hold about 600 units with more than 96,000 sq ft of commercial, F&B and retail spaces at the ground level. Guocoland won the site among 9 bids for S$784.1 mil. The site area is 17,279.9 sqm. 
Lentor Modern condo is expected to launch in 2022.
