Hospital bed crunch a cumulative problem

Just an update...

My Father got the ward as of 1315...

Total waiting time from the minute that admission registration is done till got warded:
7H 30 Min +/-

Just visited my father, a further update...

As mentioned, during admission registration I choose B2 ward and my father was warded at 1315...

Upon visitation, initially found that the ward environment is better than what was described to me by the CSO.

Later found out from the nurse that there is really NO bed in B2 ward.

HOWEVER, kudos to TTSH, they put my father in B1 ward [at least I think; it was a 4 person room with air-con and TV each) and they confirmed to me that I will be charged by the B2 ward rate. And they say if eventually there is bed in B2, they would not (usually) revert my father's ward to B2 if my father's stay is short.
