Sengkang and puggol area will be a good opportunity for growth if they are able to set up a few shop there

I think Punggol already has a Sheng Siong outlet, not sure if they would open another there. From their outlet breakdown, appears that they don't open 2 stores in a single area other than the cluster in the Bedok Area. With more HDBs due soon in the Northeast, it may be a possibility

FYI, there are more areas with at least two SS stores.

Woodland - 3 stores
Yishun - 2 stores (will have one more few years later)
Bedok - 4 stores (as you have highlighted)
Clementi - 3 stores
Jurong - 2 stores
AMK - 2 stores
