given the 不求有功，只求无过 attitude of the civil service, it is quite impossible to think the TTSH Mgt and Board will score points with the dismissal. Sticking out neck without justification is career suicide. Easy path for self-preservation is do nothing. Unless the dismissal has damn good justifications.

All this noise about Roy dismissal from TTHS is us guessing based on the selected words used by TTSH for explaining their dismissal.

I would be very surprised if they did not follow the standard HR protocol and vet it with their legal team before "sacking" and releasing a press statement.

Yes agree with both. But all the more means someone very high has approved it and it adds to the conspiracy theory

The other interesting observation as pointed out below is why TTSH have to issue a statement to pre-empt questions on firing a particular employee? Since when companies do that except for high level management changes
