I read some years back Japanese rail industry was in a slump the china rail development was a life saver for them. Before that they would have heard of Suzhou Ind park how the chinese screwed us over by going behind out backs and building similar parks in other places they could have backed out that time why didn't they? Simple explaination we were all greedy or we wanted cheap labor or access into their markets or all of the above.
