i definitely won't buy now. Joking only. i actually bought 5 lots of Far east hotel reits @ 0.99cents. i bought it for dividends for my MOL. She will take all the dividends but i will bear or take the capital losses or gains. That is her capital is guaranteed 100%. i am not sure i am fair to her. Please comment.
