Latest update is that the Antares condo is going to launch soon. This project by a consortium of Keong Hong Holdings, TA Corporation, and Hock Lian Seng Holdings, will be an interesting one to watch. There hasn't been any new condominium launches in the immediate vicinity for quite a while. The closest are probably Park Place Residences on the other side of Paya Lebar Road, and perhaps the few launches around the Woodleigh MRT station neighbourhood.
What is also attractive about this project is that it is practically on the doorstep of an MRT station. Hence the Antares @ Mattar MRT station is expected to draw some interest. Watch out for details, such as when the Antares showflat opens for sale, and whether the floor plan layouts will be good. Keong Hong does have a good reputation for construction at any rate.
