Latest Update: Looks like the next plot of land at Alexander View, the one just across from Alex Residences, is going to launch soon.  The name is rather unusual actually, Artra condo.  But this one has an advantage over Alex Residences - it is on the closest piece of land next to Redhill MRT station.  Just next door to it, so hopefully the developer will build a sheltered walkway to the station.  Especially since this is a mixed development, with shops and supermarket on the ground level.  Very convenient if you don't mind living in a mixed development.  No news on when the Artra condo showflat will open yet, but looks likely to be earlier part of 2017.  Anyway hope they launch at a lower price than Alex, since they got the land cheaper.  But construction costs have gone up in the last couple of years, so it's hard to say.
