Having said that, i did subscribe to IPOs. recently.

In fact 2 IPOs.

Stupid huh?

But this one not attractive enough for me lah!
It can be very attractive to some other people.

I won't be subscribing as well. I don't find their offer enticing enough, also I prefer to build my own Reit ETF.
