Now, I'm stuck with 50% unsold Aunty Lan shares at zero cost/capital.
What's the point?

Like cf and wei jian says:
should review based on current fundamentals, and opportunity cost 
to decide on buy-more or sell-partially.

I also like dividend stocks but this is never a criteria to buy.
It's just nice to have (except if I'm using CPF, then more careful).

Wish you luck and for some reason, I really like your portfolio.

Yupz, I also subscribe to what cf and wei jian say for selling decision. At the same time, I also believe in listening to your feeling when making a decision.
