If you search the company's name, you would find some CASE complaints lodged before. Recently they have been very active again, giving up freebies in neighbourhood shopping mall. Er my friend's aunt do have one of this and she seems to quite satisfied with the results though. I think this is just another (probably) quality product at high markup, but just beware of those sales rep with hardselling tactics.
