The awarded contract will be on gebiz. As there are quite a lot of categories, and i am unsure which category it falls under.
As to the which model it is, you should check the awarded price schedule. You will be able to see it if they have asked the tenderers to list the price by year; if not, they would have awarded it as a lump sum and not possible to be able to tell.
