This letter shows that in 2011 to 2013, the fees at the Pasir Ris-Punggol TC were $6.11, $6.20 and $6.25 each year. The fees for commercial properties was even higher at $11.50. With inflation, you would expect this figure to continually increase for 2014 as this was also the trend for the previous three years
